LandDesign Welcomes Diversity and HR Coordinator, Danielle Sullivan
Danielle Sullivan has joined LandDesign as the firm’s Diversity and HR Coordinator! As the first position of its kind, Danielle will champion strategic initiatives that will further LandDesign’s commitment to racial justice and social equity.
Danielle has dedicated her career to advocating for diversity and inclusion (D+I) on a global scale, working with companies in varying industries and sizes to support their understanding of how employees of diverse backgrounds engage with the concept of D+I. With a Masters in International and Multicultural Education, she brings a depth of knowledge and experience developing strategic D+I programming that contributes to the vitality of the employee experience.
At LandDesign, Danielle will work alongside our Human Resources team and employee-led Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion Committee (EDI) to promote a company culture that is inclusive and celebrates diversity. As the firm’s dedicated resource for D+I, she will develop internal programming and training, researching inclusive policies and benefits, and identify opportunities for members of the BIPOC community to advance their AEC career through the support of LandDesign.
Establishing this new role is one of the many ways LandDesign is investing into D+I at a firm-wide level. Danielle says, “LandDesign is a progressive organization that embraces collaboration and above all else, values their people. I look forward to being a part of a team where sharing new ideas and advocating for personal passions is welcomed.”
Danielle’s deep rooted passion for D+I and background in multicultural education will bring a new perspective for D+I at LandDesign that will positively impact our employee experience for generations to come.
