Naylor Road Station Area

Covering more than 30 acres in direct proximity to a station on the Washington Metrorail's green line, the dilapidated and underutilized Naylor Road station area required a new comprehensive land development strategy. After a series of density studies, LandDesign developed a site plan for a mixed-use development that expanded residential and commercial space, offered new office space, and provided for a new church, school, and publicly accessible open space.
