Bryton is a 420-acre mixed-use development situated along a commuter rail line on the I-77 corridor north of Charlotte. LandDesign developed a master plan that includes 2,500 single and multifamily homes, 1 million square feet of office, and 1.5 million square feet of retail that will feature six anchors. The planning process also included specifications for public road improvements and inclusion of a 300-space "park-and-ride" facility to support the commuter line.
