Little Sugar Creek Greenway

Little Sugar Creek presented an opportunity for LandDesign to plan a 15-mile greenway that strikes a balance between environment and community. The greenway restores water quality and natural habitats, while providing recreational opportunities for the communities it connects through a block by block series of scaled urban parks. Each block is unique but related through common materials, becoming destinations for residents and visitors. LandDesign is providing design development, construction documents and construction administration.
