LandDesign's plan for this 300-acre mixed-use development called for a traditional residential area with alley-loaded garages, homes facing tree-lined streets and a pedestrian network. Included are 600 multi-family units, 350,000 square feet of office development and 500,000 square feet of retail and mixed-use space. A three-acre park links to a greenway trail system connecting the entire site.
