Birkdale Village and The Greens at Birkdale

LandDesign created an integrated mixed-use master plan for the 150-acre site, combining street-level retail and office with residential above for a truly walkable environment. The Greens is a traditional neighborhood development (TND) with detached and attached residential product placed around a series of linked parks and green spaces, with connectivity to the retail village.
