Brambleton

Brambleton is a new town development on 2,000 acres of rolling, wooded farmland in rural Loudoun County, with easy access to the Dulles Greenway, Dulles International Airport and northern Virginia’s technology corridor. Using neo-traditional development patterns with high-tech amenities such as a dedicated internet service provider and pre-wired houses, Brambleton was conceived in close collaboration with the client as an innovative community that integrates a variety of uses. A bold identity was established at the entrance with extensive and creative use of native stone.
