Maritime Center at Gruz Harbor

In August 2009, LandDesign and 505Design embarked on the creation of a vision book and redevelopment strategy for the historic Gruz Harbor. The project seeks to repurpose historic cargo port facilities into a new mixed-use maritime center supportive of cruise, ferry, and other marine operations as well as upland commercial, entertainment, residential, and park uses. Facility transportation also includes reuse of an adjacent factory site.
