Modeled after Knightsbridge in London, this development creates a dynamic residential address and retail destination. The elements of the Main Street and Park take cues from fine Southern gardens. Garden trellises with Carolina Jessamine vines, brick and cobble streets, and stone planters create a timeless place for Charlotte. A complement to the larger SouthPark Mall, the Village is structurally integrated via vehicular and pedestrian bridges, while having its own identity. It consists of over 84,000 square feet of vertically integrated retail (including a Crate & Barrel), restaurants, 150 units of luxury residential, and structured parking. LandDesign also provided full landscape architecture and civil engineering design services for the SouthPark Mall expansion.
