LandDesign prepared the open space and streetscape concepts for this mixed-use development located at the Spring Hill Metro Station along the new WMATA Silver Line. The proposed development consists of approximately 400,000 SF of office, 30,000 SF of retail, and between 700-1100 residential units. In support of the master plan prepared by the architects, LandDesign collaboratively developed pocket parks and festival streets that complement the building layout and maximize the small open space areas. The designs of the outdoor spaces were maximized to include unique furnishings, artistic sculptures, and lawn panels sculpted into dynamic landforms intended to create a one-of-a-kind experience for residents and visitors alike.
