Frank McMahan, PE

Frank is a Partner and a Civil Engineer in our Charlotte office. He leads a studio focused on public infrastructure work, including stormwater management solutions, active transportation projects, and affordable housing development. As soon as he starts talking, there is no mistaking Frank’s Long Island upbringing, and he will admit that being raised within a close-knit Italian family greatly influenced his ability to manage large teams and multiple projects, as well as informed his passion for mentoring. Frank enjoys spending time with his family, going to sporting events, and the bright lights of Las Vegas.
