We’ve done it again! We are proud to announce that we have placed in the top 5 for Charlotte Business […]
Karen Pierre and Amanda Cole have joined the LandDesign’s business development team to strengthen our investment and growth in the Dallas, Washington DC and Orlando communities.
What do these two women have in common besides new roles at LandDesign? A love of travel and curiosity about the world that gives them a leg up in the industry of creating places.
What should you know about Karen Pierre?
There is no mountain Karen can’t climb. Literally. In the past ten years, she summited Mt. Kilimanjaro, trekked to Base Camp of Mt. Everest, climbed the Himalaya in Bhutan, hiked in Oman, Chile and among the weird Moai statue on Easter Island. Now she’s tackling the Dallas real estate market with plans to increase LandDesign’s visibility and prove that we are the only LandDesign that matters. Karen will help extend LandDesign’s national brand presence in master planning, urban design, landscape architecture and civil engineering to projects throughout the Dallas region.
Karen was previously at Bisnow as Senior Sales Executive for Dallas, Austin and San Antonio. She has been closely involved with Dallas’s CREW Chapter over the last decade, serving on the Board of Directors for two years.
Who is Amanda Cole?
Hailing from Orlando, Amanda has spent her career marketing construction services and materials. Flipping her experience on its head, she has joined us in our Washington DC office on the design-side of the industry where she will use her knowledge of the construction and real estate markets to support business development in DC and Orlando.
Amanda is driven by her curiosity to understand the world and a desire to never stop learning. To stay on top of her game while taking it all in, Amanda swears she couldn’t live without these apps: Calendar (so she knows where she is supposed to be); Spotify (for music and podcasts); and Instagram (to capture and share beautiful things and connect with others around the globe).
Amanda is an active member of SMPS, ULI and NAIOP.
