Uwharrie Point

Uwharrie Point is located on a spectacular peninsula overlooking the main body of Badin Lake. All sides of the peninsula offer beautiful vistas of the lake and the surrounding Uwharrie Mountains. Additional amenities include a challenging 18-hole golf course and clubhouse, yacht club, and town center. The primary goal of the master plan is to provide as many lake-front and golf course home sites as possible and still offer each resident the unique experience of living on a peninsula. Views of the lake and golf course are incorporated into the road system, and public easements are included in every residential neighborhood to allow lake access for the interior home sites. Valuable lake frontage is also given to the golf course in order to enhance the golfing experience.
