Grandover

Greensboro, NC

Since LandDesign prepared the master plan for Grandover for the Koury Corporation in 1992, the key plan components- hotel/convention center, corporate office park, two championship golf courses, and residential community have been completed. The 8-story, 750 room Grandover Hotel is the focal point of the development overlooking the golf courses and hotel gardens. As part of the master plan, LandDesign prepared engineering design and environmental permitting documents for the complete project.
