Crosswynde was Crescent Resources’ first multi-family project to be developed by their newly formed multi-family division during the summer of 2001. The site’s most prominent feature is the beautiful collection of moss-draped, live oak trees. In March, at the Annual Conference of the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), the Pillars of the Industry recognized Crescent Resources Crosswynde Project with two national awards. The project received The Best Garden Apartment Community - Primary Market and The Best Site Plan - Suburban.
