LandDesign was established in Charlotte, NC in 1978 with three fundamental truths as the basis for building a strong design firm:

1) the value of a client is first and foremost
2) the best designs bring ultimate value to all involved
3) at LandDesign, we will always work hard for the best solutions

Now with seven offices in the United States and Beijing China, those truths remain strong today, and will continue the basis for future development of the company.
